Term and Conditions Registration Fee

The registration Fee is one of the payment payable when a parent enrolls a child at Ka Gyi Kha Khway Learning Hub. Registration Fee is 150000 for new students and uniform fee is 55000.

Admission Fee

Admission Fee is charged all applicants upon submission of a completed application form.This Fee is
nonrefundable.

Deposit

The deposit is held by the school and it’s refundable with a month’s notice.

Tution Fee

The tution fees is invoiced on term basis and fees are payable at the first week of the month. No
refunds or reductions can be made in any fees for illness or temporary absence from school. If a
child takes leave of absence for a complete term but intends to return, a retainer fee of 30% of the
normal term fee is payable.

Payments and Due Dates

For new students, all other fees (Admission, Tuition, Coursebooks, Uniforms etc.) are payable

Refund Policy : Tution Fee received under any promotion rate will not be refunded.
